  1. About Us Golden Mile Pub Crawls ("we", "us", "our") sells physical guide maps designed to help customers explore pub crawl routes across a number of locations. Our maps are intended for entertainment and general guidance purposes only.

  2. Use of Our Maps Our maps are self-guided and entirely optional to follow. They are provided as a suggestion of a possible route and do not constitute a fixed itinerary. You are free to visit any venues in any order, skip venues entirely, or deviate from the suggested route at any time.

  3. Disclaimer — Accuracy of Information Our maps are for general guidance only. Historical information, facts, or descriptions included on the maps may be inaccurate, incomplete, or based on speculation. Venue details, opening hours, names, and availability are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed to be current or accurate at the time of use. We accept no liability for any loss, inconvenience, or disappointment arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

  4. Third-Party Venues The venues featured on our maps are independent third-party businesses. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the conduct, policies, pricing, quality of service, or continued operation of any venue. Any dispute or issue arising from your visit to a venue must be taken up directly with that venue.

We strongly encourage all customers to drink responsibly, stay hydrated, eat before and during your crawl, and look out for one another. Do not drink and drive.

  6. Personal Safety & Conduct You are solely responsible for your own safety, behaviour, and decisions throughout your pub crawl. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, or other harm suffered by you or any member of your group during or after use of our maps. Please plan your journey safely, including arranging appropriate transport home in advance.

  7. Individual Conduct We accept no responsibility for the behaviour of any individual participant or third party encountered during your pub crawl. You are responsible for your own conduct and that of any group you organise.

  8. No Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchased maps under any circumstances, including loss, damage, or change of plans.

  9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Mile Pub Crawls shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of our maps, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

  10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version displayed at the time of purchase shall apply to that transaction.
