This crawl is part of our catalogue of iconic British cities. The route takes you through the picturesque city Bath, located in the South West county of Somerset. It is a circular route (starting and finishing at the train station), so it is easy to get home if you’re doing a day trip.

You’ll pass through some of Bath’s busiest shopping streets and quietest alleyways, including many of its key attractions and quirky buildings such as the Pulteney Bridge and the Roman Baths. You’ll learn about the history of the city from its Roman foundations, to its present day use as a period setting for film and television, with stories of famous writers who took inspiration from the city, to ghosts that still haunt the pubs.
